THOMAS ROBB
Thomas Robb died at Mt. Pleasant Thursday morning, Nov. 6, 1913, aged sixty-four years, nine months and twenty days. The remains were brought to Van Buren county and funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Farmington with interment in the Farmington cemetery.
Deceased was a son of Harvey and Rachel Robb and was born in Henry township, Van Buren county, Iowa, Jan. 16, 1849. For most of his life he was a farmer and stock dealer, and on retiring from the farm moved to Farmington. His health has been failing for a number of years.
Mr. Robb was kind and generous hearted, of lively disposition, and was well known in this section.
He leaves to mourn, a widow, two daughters, Mrs. Ellis Van Zant of Bentonsport and Mrs. George Hagelstange of Farmington, and two sons, Harry and Clarence.
