Death of Mrs. Robert Topping

News came here Monday evening of the death of Mrs. Robert Topping at her home in Burlington, Sunday, Oct. 8. Her maiden name was Isabelle Marlow, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benj. Marlow, pioneer and long time citizens of Keosauqua. She was born here, married to Robert J. Topping here and for a number of years their home was here. Since her husband's death her home continued at Burlington. For some years her health had been quite poor, and the home was kept by her only child Amy Topping. Mrs. Topping was a lady of refinement loved by all her acquaintances and her sad taking off is deeply regretted by all who knew her. Her age was 68. Burial was in Burlington beside her husband.
