J. FRED CUBBERLEY [sic]

Mr. J. Fred Cubberly, 80, of Santa Monica, Calif. passed away at his home on Nov. 23. Burial was in Santa Monica.

He had been ill for several months. He was the son of Jesse and Anna Cubberly and was born in Keosauqua and graduated from Keosauqua High School. For a number of years he was the midwest distributor for Warner Bros. pictures from Minneapolis, later moving to California where his first wife, Dorothy, died in 1940. He was married to Miss Margaret Sullivan of Minneapolis in 1945 who is left to mourn his loss.

I am NOT related to Mr. J. Fred Cubberley/Cubberly and am posting his obit for those who may find him in their family history.
