Elbert Spencer Dead.

Elbert Spencer, who recently moved to Keosauqua from west of Pittsburg where he lived many years, died yesterday evening of consumption. He was past 60 years of age. He served during the war in the Second Iowa Infantry and will be buried at Pittsburg by the G.A.R., the funeral being from the residence at 10 a.m., Friday of this week. An obituary next week.
