-William F. McDonald of this place died at his home Tuesday night April 9, 1902. He was born in Harrison county, Indiana, Jan. 20, 1837, being 65 years 6 months and 19 days of age at the time of his death. He leaves a wife and nine children. His brother, F.M. McDonald of Scotland county, Mo., was at his bed side at the time of his death. His other brothers could not be reached. The funeral took place at his home this morning at 10 o'clock. Interment was made in the Purdom cemetery.
