DEATH OF MRS. FOSTER AT CANTRIL

Mrs. Pamela Foster, wife of S.E. Foster of Cantril, died at her home at that place Tuesday evening of heart trouble, from which she had been a sufferer a long time. The funeral was held Thursday at 2 o'clock, the interment being in the Cantril cemetery.

Mrs. Foster was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Meek of Bonaparte, and was born at that place in 1848, being 64 years of age. She was a half sister to Mr. R.E. Meek, county treasurer of this county. She was educated in the schools of Bonaparte and was united in marriage to Mr. Foster at that place about 1870. She was the mother of three daughters, Mrs. P.E. Pittman, died here in 1903, while Mr. Pittman was clerk of the district court. Another is the wife of Martin Saar of Henderson, Ia., and another is married to Mr. McLean. The family moved from Bonaparte to Jackson township about 25 years ago.

Mrs. Foster was an estimable woman, being universally respected and beloved. She was devoted to her family. The greatly bereaved husband and daughters and son have the sympathy of all. As stated above, the funeral was held at the Christian church, Cantril, Thursday at 2 p.m.

"Mourn not the lost! In realms of changeless gladness,
Where friendship's ties are never cr4ushed and broken, we still may meet:
Hath to the trusting heart assurance spoken of that blest land, where, free from care and pain,
Fond friends unite again."
