SYLVIA BOWLES

Miss Sylvia Bowles, age 23, died on Saturday, Oct. 3, at St. Joseph hospital in Keokuk where she had been a patient for several weeks.

She was born near Farmington on Feb. 17, 1908, being the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Riley Bowles, well known and respected residents of that vicinity. Her father and one sister preceded her in death.

Those surviving are the mother, three brothers and two sisters and several relatives more distant. Funeral and interment took place on Monday afternoon.
