Obituary.

Samuel A. Carr was born at Selma, Iowa, Feb. 26, 1872. He was married to Miss Alice Crane of Eldon, Iowa Dec. 22 1963 and died March 17 1905. He was the youngest son of Stephen and Elizabeth Carr. He leaves a wife and mother of four brothers, George, Will, Ed and Stephen and one sister Mrs. Kate Simmons of Bonaparte. His father one brother and two sisters preceded him to the better world.

Interment at Farmington cemetry(sp) after services at the old home at Flat Rock conducted by Rev. J. Longson. He being an Oddfellow a large number of brethren accompanied his remains to the cemetary(sp). The noble priest and chaplin read the prescribed funeral service.
