Amanda Kimmey

Amanda Ronsavell was born November 19, 1860 and passed to her long resting place November 9, 1934 at the age of 74 years, eleven months and twenty days.

She was married to Samuel Kimmey December 31, 1876. To this union was born two sons, William Douglas Kimmey, who passed away in boyhood days, and Samuel Temple Kimmey of Farmington. Her husband also preceded her in death several years.

Later she was united in marriage to John Sax. He also preceded her in death.

She leaves to mourn her departure her son, Samuel Kimmey and wife and one grandson, Donald Kimmey of Farmington, who has always lived with his grandmother. She also has one sister Mrs. Knight of Canton, Mo. and many friends and relatives.

Mrs. Kimmey was a good neighbor and will be missed by her neighbors.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J.V. Wright at the Baptist church, Friday, with burial on the hill.
