LETTER TO THE EDITOR

The following letter was received from Gladys and Harry Hornbaker, 3033 Gibbs Road, Knoxville, Tenn. 37918.

December 23, 1973

Dear Mr. Kerr,

Word has come of the deaths this past year of both Mr. and Mrs. Jesse I. Sater in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Sater died July 30, at the age of 90; Mrs. Sater died December 1, at the age of 89. The Saters were former residents of Bonaparte.

Their daughter, Lucille, and her husband, Charles Wiley, former Bonaparte postmaster live in Phoenix. A son, Howard Sater, died in Phoenix in 1960.

We look forward each week to the arrival of "The Record" which we read with much interest.

Best wishes to all the Record family and to the home town.
