Death of Mrs. L.J. Morrison

Wilda Orma, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Beggs of Keosauqua, was born Oct. 27, 1895, and died at Fairfield, Iowa, of pneumonia, January 16, 1919, aged 23 years, 2 months and 19 days. Her young life was passed in and near Pittsburg, Van Buren county. She was married to Mr. L.J. Morrison, March 11, 1916, who with their 18 months old daughter Ethlyn, survives to mourn the death of a loving wife and mother. So, too, are left in sorrow her parents, two sisters and many other relatives. Everbody loved Wilda and her death brought sadness in the community where most all her life was spent. The home of herself and husband had been in Fairfield for nearly a year. The body was brought to the home of her parents in Keosauqua where funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, January 18, in charge of Rev. Monkman of the M.E. church. Interment was in the Pittsburg cemetery.
