Geraldine “Jerri” M. Manchester, 82, of rural Douds, died at 9:12 A.M. Saturday, July 11, 2015, at home. She was born February 20, 1933, in Glasgow, IA, to Wayne and Pauline Hudson Billingsley, graduated from Libertyville High School, and married Dean R. Manchester February 9, 1952, in Ottumwa. He died January 3, 2009. Jerri was a farm homemaker and worked in the produce department of Easter Foods, Fairfield. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Douds.

Surviving are two daughters, Linda Bradfield (Jerry) of Memphis, MO, and Kelley Gray of Fairfield, a son, William Manchester (Brenda) of rural Douds, eight grandchildren, five great-grandsons, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Robert Manchester.

Funeral services will be at 11:00AM. Thursday July 16, 2015, at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua with Pastor Keevin Koch officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery, Libertyville.
