AMANDA H. McINTOSH

Amanda H. McIntosh, 95, rural Keosauqua, died at 9:40 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12 at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center of Keosauqua.

She was born April 2, 1887, to John J. and Vilinda Bradford Lineweaver southeast of Keosauqua. She married Curtis W. McIntosh March 15, 1910, at Keosauqua. He died in 1972.

She spent her life in the same neighborhood and was a member of Center Chapel United Methodist Women.

Surviving: one daughter Ruth Evans, Terrell, Texas; one son, John C. McIntosh, Keosauqua; five grandchildren, Marsha Clark, Ankeny, Judith Brickey, Birmingham, Curtis Lee McIntosh, Keosauqua, Charlotte Jamison, Keosauqua and Laretha Paxton, Terrel [sic], Texas. Also surviving are eight great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, a niece Lealin Boecker, Keosauqua, two nephews Jon and James McIntosh, Coshocton, Ohio,, other relatives & friends.

Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Pedrick Funeral Home, the Rev. Louise Knupp; Wolfe Cemetery near the family farm southeast of Keosauqua. A memorial has been established.
