W. P. KELLER

W. P. Keller, son of Eliza and Absolum Keller, was born April 30th, 1843, near Columbus, Ohio, coming to Iowa with his parents when quite young. At an early age he united with the Presbyterian church. He united in marriage to Donas M. Nelson, in April 1873. To this union was born four daughters, all of whom are living. Mrs. Ralph Holmes of Des Moines, Mrs. A. E. Ward of Mt. Sterling, Mrs. M. S. Moore of near Troy, and Mrs. O. S. McCullough of Kirksville, Mo. These with seven grandchildren are left to mourn a loving father and grandfather besides a host of friends. His wife departed this life February 2, 1886, leaving to his care four little girls, all of whom he tenderly cared for, never growing tired for anything he could do for them. His thoughts all through his life were of his children, no sacrifice was to [sic] great to make for them. During his last illness he was at the home of his eldest daughter, Mrs. M. S. Moore. All that loving hands could do was done to ease his suffering, but the Lord knew best and Wednesday morning at 9:20, May 15, his tired spirit departed this life. During his suffering he had often expressed his desire to go if it was the Lord's will. But his loved ones can think of his being asleep in Jesus, blessed sleep, from which none ever wake to weep.

Furneral [sic] services at the home of M. S. Moore, Thursday, May 16th, at [?] p.m., conducted by Rev. Boos. Interment at the Valentine cemetery.

I would like to know more on the Keller family. What are the daughters' given names?? What is William's death date?
