MRS. ROBERT PRALL

Eliza Singleton was born in Ohio, Oct. 25, 1831, and died March 9, 1916, at the home of her daughter Mrs. Willis Wilson in Des Moines township, Van Buren county, Iowa. On Oct. 11, 1855, she was married to Robert Prall, which union was blessed with four children, viz, Asa Williams [sic], who is married and resides in Keosauqua; Carrie, Mrs. Frank Winters; Della, Mrs. Willis Wilson, and Mrs. Frances Craig, deceased. Mrs. Prall was a good woman, beloved by all who knew her. She was a kind and loving wife and mother and a generous neighbor. Her husband died a number of years ago. Her children, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren survive. Her age was 85 years, 5 months and 13 days. Rev. Behrens of Keosauqua was in charge of the funeral services. Burial was in the Prall cemetery.
