MARION ROSS

Marion Ross passed away at Kansas City, Mo., Nov. 25, 1948.

He was born January 5, 1860 and grew up in the Anson, Mo., Community.

On May 7, 1882 he was united in marriage to Mary Sawyers. The same year he and his brother Charles went to northwest Iowa via covered wagon, and settled near Sioux City. Later they moved to Holden, Mo.

Mr. Ross leaves 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; one sister, Nellie Story of Nauvoo, Ill.; and 1 brother, C.S. Ross of Des Moines, Iowa.
