HUBERT GEORGE SLINN

Hubert George Slinn passed away at the veterans hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, Saturday, May 13, at 3:00 p.m. at the age of 55 years, 2 months, and 29 days.

He had been in ill health for some time with a heart ailment.

He was born in San Francisco, California, February 14, 1895, the only child of James R. and Lulu Slinn. _______________cut off____________.

He was taken into the St. Stevens Episcopalian Church in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1902.

He was united in marriage to Hallie McIntosh in Farmington, Iowa on April 11 1919 and to this union one son was born.

Mr. Slinn served in World War I in the army on Co. H. 9 and 2nd Divisions and was in action overseas in France.

He was an accomplished violinist and a radio technician for 24 years.

He leaves to mourn, his wife, Hallie and son, James, living in Farmington, Iowa.

Funeral services were held in the Nazarene church with Rev. Swalwell and Rev. Swanson in charge. Interment in the Bonaparte cemetery.
