Mrs. Narcissa Wolfe
**Beulah's grandmother

Narcissa Brown was born in Ohio, March 12, 1842, and died at her home in Bonaparte, Iowa, Feb. 4, 1916, aged 73 years, 10 months and 22 days.

She came to Iowa with her parents when quite young, having lived in and near Bonaparte most of her life.

She was married to Micheal Wolfe Oct. 20, 1860, and to them were born five children, three dying in infancy. She leaves to mourn their loss a son and a daughter: William M. Wolfe of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Sarah F. Young of Fairfield, Iowa, also three brothers, William and Jess Brown of Calif., and Jordan Brown of Hillsboro, Iowa. Also seven grand-children and two great-grand-children.

Mrs. Wolfe united with the Christian church when quite yonng and later changed her membership to the Bethel Baptist Church and again to the Mt. Zion Baptist church at Bonaparte, where she was a faithful member as long as she was able to attend.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Sunday afternoon with Rev. Peterson in charge. xxx
