Fort Madison, Iowa, July 7-Mrs. Jessie Boyer White died at her home here at 11:40 o'clock this morning after a period of illness.

Born January 13, 1872, in Independence, Kan., she lived in Farmington for a number of years until moving to Fort Madison in 1920.

On March 22, 1894, she married William J. White in Farmington. He preceded her in death on August 2, 1940.

She was a member of the Frist Methodist church and of the Empress Rebekah lodge of which she was a past noble grand and president of the Past Noble Grand's club.

Surviving are three sons, Forrest, Theodore and Myron of Fort Madison; four grandchildren; a brother, Crayton Boyer of Manila; and four sisters, Mrs. Bert Henderson of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. C.R. Cary of Corpus Christi, Texas, Mrs. P.M. Miller of San Diego, Calif., and Miss Grayce Boyer of St. Louis.
