Funeral services for Jay Norris, 62, of Birmingham, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Catcott Funeral Home in Birmingham, the Rev. H. C. Irvine in charge. Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery. Mr. Morris died at his home Sunday after only a few hours illness. He is survived by his widow, Miriam; 1 son, Jay Norris, Jr. of Birmingham; 1 daughter, Mrs. Claude Birdsong of Georgia; and 3 grandchildren, _______rest cut off ____.
