Car Wreck Fatal to Mrs. L. J. Roush

Mrs. Anna Duckworth received word of the very serious automobile accident to her brother, L. J. Roush, and Mrs. Roush at Nora, Nebraska, Saturday night.

Mrs. Roush was killed instantly and Mr. Roush is in the Broadstone hospital at Superior, Neb., suffering from two broken ribs and a sprained shoulder, as well as shock. He was unable to attend his wife’s funeral at Nora, Tuesday, and the graveside services at Macedonia, Iowa.

Mrs. Duckworth had been planning to leave this coming Friday for a visit with her brother and his wife. She left Monday night, however, to be with him during his illness and bereavement.

No definite details as to the cause of the wreck had been learn by Mrs. Duckworth before leaving Keosauqua
