EVANS CRAIG DIED AT HOME HERE WEDNESDAY
**Handwritten: June 15 49Evans Craig, 73, son of the late John and Olive Evans Craig, died at his home near Keosauqua Wednesday evening.
He was born January 11, 1876, at Kilbourne. He had been in failing health for about 2 years and seriously ill for the past week or so.
A farmer and life-long resident of the Keosauqua vicinity. Mr. Craig is survived by his wife, Mae; one brother, Jay Craig, of Fairfield; three sisters, Mrs. Craig Ruby, Keosauqua; Mrs. Susie Bish of Keswick; and Mrs. Addie Stoops of Stockport.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Burnett Funeral home.
