Stanley Crawford Memorial Services Were Held At Douds

DOUDS - Funeral services were held this Thursday afternoon for Stanley C. Crawford, private first class, of Co. I 503rd Paratroop Infantry, who died February 27, 1945, at the age of 33. Services were conducted at the Pedrick funeral home with the Rev. Robert G. Farr in charge. Music was by M.H. Finney, Forrest Hanshaw, R.V. Finney, R.W. Jacobson, with Mrs. Harold Harryman, pianist.

Military honors were in charge of the John Hyson Reneker Post No. 494, American Legion, Douds.

Bearers were George Kunzman, Cyrus Greenfield, Davis Pollock, Lloyd Williams, Harold Wiley and Dan Greenfield. Burial was at Zion Lutheran cemetery.
