RAY CHIPPS DIES IN ARIZONA
**Handwritten: 1943Ray Chipps, 59, died in a hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, Friday January 22. He had been in ill health forsometime(err) and had gone to Arizona about two months ago. His wife had been notified of his serious illness and was enroute to Arizona when word came of his death. Besides his wife, Gretchen, he is survived by one son, James, at home, three brothers and one sister. He was precededin(err) death by an infant daughter.
The body will arrive Wednesday and thefuneral(err) will be at the Pedrick funeral home at 2 o'clock Thursday and burial will be in the Leando cemetery.
