Frank Nelson Dies at Douds

Surviving Are Wife, 5 Children, Brother; Funeral Services Held Saturday

Frank A. Nelson of Douds died at his home about 2 o'clock Thursday morning after being seriously ill several months. He was 70 years old and had lived in Douds and vicinity much of his life.

Surviving are his wife; five children, Harold, Wilda and Eshter of California, Floyd E. of Cantril and Stanley of Douds, and a brother, Dr. F.L. Nelson of Ottumwa.

Funeral services were conducte at the Douds Methodist church at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon by the Rev. E.K. Parrott.

Burial was at the Leando cemetery. The bearers were W.A. Carson, Eli Heckart, E.D. Michael, Frank Harward, Charles Wirt and H.C. Pedrick.
