CHARLES P. LAUGHLIN.

DOUDS.-Charles P. Lauglin, 77, died Sunday at 3:45 p.m. at his home 3 1/2 miles northeast of Douds following an illness of three years. He had spent his entire life in Van Buren county and had lived at his present home for the past 42 years.

Mr. Laughlin is survived by two daughters, Gladys at home and Mrs. Marion Caughill of Stockport; and two brothers, Dan and Herm, both farmers in the Douds community.

Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Pedrick funeral home in charge of the Rev. J.C. Austin of Keosauqua. Burial will be in the Mt. Moriah cemetery.
