JAMES L. LEWIS.

Douds. - James L. Lewis, 70, died Friday at 1 p.m. at his home four miles south of Selma in the White Elm neighborhood. He had been in poor health about two years.

He is survived by his wife; six sons, Harley of Milwaukee, Wis., Ira of Iowa City, Glen and Delphin of Bloomfield, Kenneth of Selma and Marion of Birmingham, and one daughter, Mrs. Mabel Poggenpohl of Iowa City.

The body is at the Pedrick funeral home in Douds.
