MINNIE IDELLA NASON

Minnie Idella Nason, daughter of J.E. and Angeline Shaffer was born August 10, 1888 near Douds, Iowa, and departed this life November 22, 1945, at her home in Leando.

On August 15, 1916, she was united in marriage to Bertram F. Nason. To this union two children were born, Leslie Nason of Douds and Mrs. N.W. Cowell of Queen City, Mo.

She leaves to mourn their loss, her husband, her son and daughter-in-law, her daughter and son-in-law, five grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Harry Harryman and Miss Mae Shaffer, both of Douds.

She united with the Leando Methodist church at an early age and was also a loyal member of the W.S.C.S. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother and took much pleasure in her little grandchildren. She leaves many relatives and friends who will sadly miss her, for every one who knew her was her friend.
