Mrs. Paul Topping
BIRMINGHAM - Mrs. Veda B. Topping, 65, died Wednesday morning at Jefferson County Hospital shortly after being admitted.
Born near Birmingham June 6, 1899, she was the daughter of James T. and Mary Winslow Robinson. She was married to Paul W. Topping Dec. 5, 1917 at Fairfield. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Dean and Rex, both of rural Birmingham; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and two half brothers, Will and Roy Robinson, both of Milton.
She was preceded in death by one half brother and three half sisters.
She was a member of the Birmingham Presbyterian Church and Kilbourn Ladies Aid.
The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Birmingham Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Wayne Lowry officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. The body is at Burch Funeral Home.
