Frank Byers dies

BIRMINGHAM - Word has been received of the sudden death Sept. 4 of Frank Byers, 79, at his home in Oregon. Byers, a former Birmingham resident, is survived by his wife, Ramona; three children; four step-children and three sisters, Rhea Ecklund and Thelma Johnston, both of Birmingham, and Carabelle Caldwell of The Woodlands, Texas.
