DIED - Suddenly, in this place, Wednesday evening about eight o'clock, Mrs. Hannah M. Morris, wife of L.D. Morris, Esq.--aged 37 years.

By her death, the community are deprived of an exemplary woman, and a kind neighbor--the church of God on earth of a good member, and a sincere Christian, her children, of an affectionate instructress and loving mother, and her husband, of a faithful companion, and a devoted wife.

At a meeting of the Keosauqua Congregational church, the following Resolutions were adopted, and ordered to be published:

Whereas, in the providence of God, our sister, Mrs. Hannah M. Morris, was on Wednesday, Nov. 30th, suddenly called to her final home. Therefore,

Resolved, That this sudden death we are admonished to keep in mind the words of our Savior, "Be ye also ready."

Resolved, That her daily walk and conversation, during her nine years connection with this church, fully convince its that what is our loss is her gain, and that we believe she is now at rest.
