Tuesday, July 17, 1984Wilson rites at Methodist Church
Services for Elizabeth L. Wilson, 89, former Fairfield resident, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the United Methodist Church with the Rev. Clair Odell officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. prior to the services. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Society.
Elizabeth Wilson died Monday in Peoria, Ill. The home address is 5916 N. Tampico Drive in Peoria.
She was born Aug. 23, 1894, in Alexandria, Mo., the daughter of William and Martha Cline Tannon. Her marriage to George S. Wilson took place Oct. 20, 1913, in Keokuk. He died April 20, 1958, in Fairfield.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by a daughter, Lucille Watkins, Peoria. She was preceded in death by a brother.
The Cumerford-Endsley Memorial Home in Peoria is in charge of funeral services.
