KEOSAUQUA - Margaret Manning Roberts, 92, died May 1, 1987, at Santa Teresita Hospital in Duarte, Calif.
She was born Feb. 21, 1895, Keosauqua to Stanley and Elizabeth Brown Manning. She taught at UCLA and in public schools in Monrovia, Calif., where she lived for many years.
She is survived by Gibson Brown of Chicago, Ill., Madeline Manning McCoy of Keosauqua, and Mary Stidger Cook.
A gravesie service was held Tuesday in Live Oak Cemetery in Monrovia.
A memorial has been established to Keosauau Congregational Church.
