MRS. LEONARD MATHIAS

Mrs. Frank Mathias, wife of Leonard Mathias, was born at Birmingham, Iowa, Jan. 27, 1900, the daughter of Frank and Alta Carr. She passed away at her home at Birmingham on Feb. 18.

She was married to Leonard Mathias 28 years ago. Her survivors include her husband and one son, Harold Mathias of Birmingham; and her mother, Mrs. Harley Plowman of Birmingham.

Funeral services were held at the Birmingham Methodist church Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. H. C. Irvine officiating, assisted by Rev. Glen Lochhead. Music was by Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Williams with Mrs. Lee Dustin, pianist. Pallbearers were Floyd Heston, Lee Dustin, Veryl Kerr, Joe Greenfield, Harley Shipley, Jr. and Roy Stump. Burial was in Bethel cemetery.
