Mrs. Clyde Hebing

Mrs. Jessie Pearl Hebing, 76, of Mt. Sterling, Ia., died Friday, Dec. 29 at 10 a.m. at her home. She had been ill several months.

She was born Nov. 14, 1896 in Cass County, Ia., the daughter of Ivan and Katherine Spiece Brown.

She married Clude Hebing on July 18, 1917 at the home of her parents in Cass county. He survives.

They moved to Mt. Sterling from Galt, Mo. Mrs. Hebing was a member of the Baptist church in Galt, Mo.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are one son, Lawrence of Jones, Ala.; two daughters, VaLera Septer of Mt. Sterling, Ia., and Pearl Amstutz of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, one great-grandson and her parents.

The funeral service was held Sunday, Dec. 31, at 2 p.m. at the Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington. The Rev. Gary Worsham officiated. Burial was in the Harness Cemetery at Mt. Sterling.
