Last Sunday, at the home in Fairfield, occurred the death of Everett, the little 7 year old son of George Bailey, the disease being typhoid fever. Just ten days before the mother died with the same disease. The little boy was thought to be on the road to recovery, but took a relapse and passed away within a short time. Funeral services were held at the home Monday afternoon, and the remains were laid to by the side of the mother in the Smith cemetery, east of Birmingham.
