MRS. GEORGE BONFIELD

Mrs. George Bonfield died Tuesday afternoon at Jefferson county hospital after an illness of about two weeks following a stroke. Her late husband was a partner of Mr. Charles Wade in the Fair Store at Fairfield.

Mrs. Bonfield suffered a stroke while on a vacation trip and was at Amana, Iowa at the time.

Her son, Lieut. George Bonfield, Jr. was called to her bedside. He returned to his duties Sunday.
