Friday, Aug. 4, Mary Lelia, youngest daughter of D.P. and Bella Riggle, Aged 2 years 9 months and 21 days.

The funeral services took place from the residence of the parents, Saturday evening, Rev. Welch officiating and from the large number in attendance and the deep feeling manifested it was evident that the family had the heartful sympathy of every one. 'Tis hard to part with these precious jewels that God has given us but they are not lost, and the beautiful flowers plucked from earth's garden will all be made more beautiful, bloom more brightly and live in the vigor and splendor of eternal youth in the Paradise of God.
