SIMON O. METCALF

Simon Ottis Metcalf, 20, died Monday, October 16, 1972 at 6:15 p.m. at his home southeast of Selma. Death was due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Dr. Furumoto, Van Buren County deputy medical examiner.

He was born July 25, 1952, to Warren S. and Vivian E. Metcalf.

The service was held Wednesday, Oct. 18 at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, conducted by the Rev. Earl D. Kelley.
