Services for Waunita Smith

STOCKPORT --- Services for Waunita M. Smith, 71, Route 1, Stockport, who died Thursday at the University Hospitals, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Bryan officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Cemetery, Stockport.

Mrs. Smith was born June 11, 1914 in Jefferson County, the daughter of Lacy and Eva Atwood Loving. She married Henry W. Smith on Nov. 29, 1933 at Monmouth, Ill. He died Oct. 1, 1962.

Surviving are a daughter, Doris Schilb of Fairfield; four sons, Richard H. of Stockport, Raymond N. of Burlington, Roxie E. of Davenport, Roger D. of Weaver; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, her mother of New London; her sister Wyona Dorothy, and a brother, Lacy Loving, both of Stockport.

A homemaker, Mrs. Smith had lived most of her life in the Stockport community. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary.
