Succumbs at the Age of Eighty-nine

James Coe, of east of Milton, passed away at his home last Saturday at the age of 89. He leaves his widow and a daughter and son, Allie M. and Ernest E.

Mr. Coe was an early pioneer to this section of the country, his parents moving to north Missouri from Ohio. He was buried in the Cantril cemetery, Monday, after funeral services were held at the home, in charge of Rev. J. C. Caughlan. The last rites were in charge of the Burnett undertakers.

Note: handwritten across the top was “Feb. 23, 1931”
