Estel Seth

Services for Estel Seth, 87, Farmington, were at 1:30 p.m. August 24, 1987 at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. The Rev. Ron Haas officiated. Burial was in Christy Cemetery near Farmington.

Mrs. Seth died at 7:10 a.m. Friday, August 21 at Keokuk Area Hospital.

She was born April 30, 1900 in rural Farmington. She moved from Clark County, Missouri to Farmington in 1962. She was a member of the First Baptist Church at Farmington.

On May 2, 1917, at Keokuk, she married Roy Seth, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Harley and Bernard Seth, both of Farmington; a sister, Virga Brotherton, West Point; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Her parents were Charles N. and Belle Martin Wells.

A memorial has been established with the Farmington Baptist Church. Contributions can be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home.
