John H. Detwiler.

John H. Detwiler died at his home in St. Jones, Kansas, Monday of last week aged seventy-nine. Of the seven children of the Detwiler family there are but two remaining viz, Mrs. F. M Sedgwick of Bonaparte, and Mrs. H E. Akers of Chicago. He had been ill several months.
