Miss Hannah Von Preen died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Robt. M. Jones, Des Moines, Iowa, Thursday evening June 18. The remains were brought to Bonaparte on the noon train Saturday and was buried at the Preen cemetery in Farmington township, three miles south of Bonaparte, at four o'clock in the afternoon. The funeral was from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Zachariah Woods. Rev. F. Wire officiating.

The pall bearers were Noah House, Henry Helwig, Fred Helwig and Robt. Woods.

Among her relatives from abroad were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jones of Des Moines, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Bradford and Mrs. Pollen of Ottumwa, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rees of Keokuk.
