Mt. Ayr Journal: Elizabeth Day Huff, who was born in Van Buren county, Iowa, July 20, 1843, died at Seymour, April 20, 1904, aged 60 years and 9 months. She was married to S. E. James the 27th day of Nov. 1862, just a short time after he entered the service of his country. She was the mother of ten children, eight of whom with the husband survive her. Her old friends in Van Buren county will be sorry to hear of her death.
