CARTINAL

Malinda Cartinal, daughter of Thos. and Solemna Cartinal was born Feb. 28, 1869, and died in Farmington, May 10, 1893, aged 32 years, 2 months and 18 days. She was married to George Lowrey June 6, 1880. Four children were born to them, two of which preceded her to the grave. She was sick about 18 months, a great sufferer most of the time, yet she manifested a marked degree of patience through it all. She was conscious till within a short time before she died. She gave to her friends satisfactory evidence of saving face in Christ and of her abiding hope of eternal life beyond the grave. She leaves a husband, two small children, a father, two brothers and two sisters, with many other relatives and friends remain to mourn her loss. Her mother, two sisters and a brother died before her. Her remains were taken to the Brown church near Anson, Mo., June I, where appropriate funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m., after which she was laid to rest in the beautiful [___?____] cemetery.
