Death of Mrs. Meek

Mrs. Mary Meek, aged 69 years, widow of Joseph Meek, died at her home in Bonaparte last Thursday morning, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Meek has been a resident of Bonaparte for many years. The following children survive her: Mrs. Carl Weber of Keokuk; Robert Meek of Bonaparte; Mrs. Ellsworth Cresap of Ft. Madison; Mrs. Kate Steberger of Miller, Neb.; Miss Lizzie Meek of Milwaukee, Wis.; and Miss Margaret Meek Keokuk.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning, and interment made in Bonaparte cemetery.
