LINDA GELENE BROWN

DOUDS. --- Linda Gelene BROWN, two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold BROWN of Douds, died Monday night in the St. Joseph hospital in Ottumwa after an illness of a few hours.

She is survived by her parents; two brothers, Franklin of Selma and Roscoe at home; one sister, Mary Olive at home; and two grandmothers, Mrs. Olive BROWN at home and Mrs. Lydia PADGETT of Eldon.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Pedrick funeral home at Douds, in charge of the Rev. Milton Forbes of Eldon. Burial will be in the Leando cemetery.
