Robert Snare, age 78, died on Thursday, April 4, 1929, at his home in Elko, Nevada, after a serious illness of several days and failing health for a number of years.
Funeral services were held on Sunday following at the First Presbyterian church of Elko. Interment in the Knights of Pythias cemetery at Elko.
He is survived by his widow, one daughter, Mrs. Mary Sharp of Arthur, Nevada, three grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Kate Lane of Keosauqua, and Mrs. Maggie Millburn of Enid, Okla.
Mr. and Mrs. Snare were old residents of Van Buren county. They sold their home in Bonaparte last year and made their home with their daughter, Mrs. Sharp, at Arthur, Nevada, until a short time ago when they moved to Elko.
