DOUDS - Lillie Plowman, 87, of Douds died Nov. 16, 1985, at the Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

She was born Sept. 30, 1898, in Davis County to Henry and Lena Weiss Ploss. She was a member of St.Aloysius Catholic Church in Eldon.

She married Noble E. Plowman on Feb. 4, 1920 in Eldon. They farmed south of Douds. He died in 1980.

She is survived by two sisters, Anna Plomwan and Agnes Parsons of Douds.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Eldon, The Rev. Leonard Goettemoller officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Section of the Eldon Cemetery.

A Christian wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. today at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds. Friends may call at the funereal home at their convenience.
